Please read this page carefully before making purchases. Yuli Store will not be responsible or take responsibility for claims made against it on account of claiming ignorance to these terms.

Shipping & Delivery

All items to any destination including Malaysia will be shipped either via Pos Malaysia's Surface Mail, Air Mail or Pos Laju (Courier) Service. All items can be tracked and the tracking number will be given to recipient via email upon shipping of item(s). All items are carefully packed and insured. All cost of packing and insurance is paid for by Yuli Store.

 All items will be shipped to their respective destinations within 2 working days upon Yuli Store receiving full payment.

 Shipping costs & delivery time of all items are provided for in each individual item description page. All delivery times are given in terms of number of working days. Working days do not include weekend breaks or national holidays in Malaysia and recipient country. Delivery times stated are International Standards by the International Bureau Of The Universal Postal Union.

Conversion Rate

Our store current currency conversion rate is pegged at MYR1.00 to USD 0.313, GBP1 to USD1.59, . Currency rates are reviewed every month and adjusted accordingly.

Returning A Product

When a item is received by the buyer in a damaged condition, upon being informed, Yuli Store will immediately report the matter to the shipping agency (Pos Malaysia Berhad). Yuli Store will then require the buyer to return the damaged item. Cost of return of damaged item will be paid for by the buyer. Only upon receiving payments from the shipping agency and receiving the damaged item from the buyer will Yuli Store ship the buyer a new item OR refund the buyer in full all payments made at time of purchasing.

When a item is wrongly ordered by the buyer and has already been shipped out to the buyer by Yuli Store, the item should immediately be send back to Yuli Store within 7 working days of receiving the item and in its original packing and condition. Cost of return of item is to be paid for by buyer. Upon receiving the item by  Yuli Store and in good condition, buyer can then seek a refund of 90% of the item cost only. 10% of item cost is retained by Yuli Store as administrative fee. The shipping cost will not be refunded.

When a item is wrongly ordered and Yuli Store has yet to ship the item to the buyer, then only 90% of the total payment is refunded. Total payment is cost of item inclusive of cost of shipping. 10% of total payment is retained as administrative fee.

 When a 'wrong' item is delivered Yuli Store will bear the shipping cost to return the item and re-send the 'correct' item. The 'correct' item will only be sent after Yuli Store has received the 'wrong' item  OR  Yuli Store will bear the shipping cost to return the item and if required by buyer Yuli Store will refund in full all payment made at time of purchasing. Refunds will only be made when Yuli Store has received the 'wrong' item back.
